Brian has a wealth of practical business and commercial/finance experience gained over the past 40 years, primarily in the banking/finance sector with Australia & New Zealand Bank (ANZ). During Brian’s time at ANZ he had Country responsibilities for their business on the Indian sub-continent. Brian was also a Senior Executive Manager with Citibank and, more recently, was Government projects co-ordinator with McPhersons Printing.
Brian is the managing director of XQi and the major commercial/financial member of the team and also operates strongly at the marketing interface.

Russell Allan
Qualifications
Diploma of Chemical Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Electronics)
Russell’s 25 year background is entirely in research&development and prior to his current role was Fibre Technology Manager for Amcor R&T. He is the author of several patents on both paper and boxmaking (fibreboard cartons) technology and specializes in measurement technology in the fibre area. This includes paper, paperboard, construction materials such as fibro-cement and plasterboard and also wool fibre characterisation.
Russell heads the R&D development team and generates the key Intellectual Property for XQi.

David Aizenstros
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree of Electrical Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce (both Melbourne University) and MBA (RMIT).
David has a strong technical and commercial background over 30 years including development engineer with Telstra (a major Australian telcom), sales and marketing management with Telstra, Australian Paper, Moore Business Systems and most recently as a partner in Apis Business Services, a specialist marketing/commercialization consultancy.
David heads the strategic planning and marketing role within XQi in addition to providing technical support. He has key responsiblity for domestic and international markets. |
